Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Skyfleet Aviation LLP, a registered entity under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, LLPIN: ACQ-4494. By booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

– Skyfleet Aviation offers helicopter tours for Char Dham, Do Dham, and other pilgrimage packages as described on our website and official brochures.
– All services are subject to availability, operational feasibility, weather conditions, and government regulations.

2. Passenger Guidelines

– Accurate body weight must be declared at booking. Discrepancies may result in denial of boarding without refund.
– Strict baggage allowance applies (2–5 kg per person depending on the package). Excess baggage is not permitted.
– Infants below 2 years may travel free of charge; children above 2 years require a full ticket.
– Passengers must carry valid ID (Aadhaar for Indian nationals, Passport for foreigners).

3. Liability

– Carriage is subject to the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and applicable rules.
– Skyfleet Aviation is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by weather, force majeure, ATC restrictions, or technical issues.
– Passengers are advised to obtain personal travel/medical insurance.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
