This policy governs payments, rescheduling, and cancellations for bookings made with Skyfleet Aviation LLP.

1. Payment Terms

– 50% advance of total package cost is required for booking confirmation.
– Balance payment must be completed 15 days prior to the journey.
– Boarding will not be allowed without full payment clearance.

2. Rescheduling Policy

– Rescheduling is allowed 15 days prior to the journey, subject to availability, with a fee of 20% of total package cost.
– Requests made less than 15 days before departure will be treated as cancellations.

3. Cancellation Charges

– Up to 30 days before journey: 30% of total amount deducted.
– Up to 20 days before journey: 50% of total amount deducted.
– Less than 14 days before journey / No Show: No Refund.

4. Refunds for Weather/Force Majeure

– If a Dham is not covered due to weather, refund of approx. INR 20,000/- per seat per Dham will be processed.
– If flying is not possible at Dehradun due to weather, 5% service charge + utilized services (hotel, transport) will be deducted.
– No refunds/compensation for accommodation, transport, or meals due to delays or cancellations beyond our control.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.
